AI Agents Run the Busywork. Your Team Keeps the Judgment.

One monolithic AI SDR is a black box that sprays. We build specialized agents for research, drafting, and routing, wired into your stack, with humans making the calls that matter.

The problem

Teams either bolt on an AI SDR that sends generic mail from a black box, or keep doing everything manually. One burns trust and deliverability, the other burns hours no one has.

What we build

Specialized agents for research, contact selection, message drafting, and reply classification, each with one narrow job.

Guardrails and quality bars, so agents act inside rules your team sets instead of improvising.

Human handoff points where judgment matters: qualification, conversations, and closing stay with reps.

Full observability, so you can see what every agent did and fix the step that breaks, not the whole system.

How it works

1

Map the motion

We break your outbound workflow into steps and decide which ones an agent should own.

2

Build narrow agents

Each agent gets one job, defined inputs, and a quality bar it has to clear.

3

Wire the handoffs

Agents pass work to each other, and to your reps, exactly where human judgment earns its keep.

4

Watch and tighten

Every run is logged, so we tune the weak step instead of rebuilding the machine.

What you can expect

The scale of automation without the black box: outreach that holds its quality bar, and reps who spend their time on judgment, not busywork.

Frequently asked questions

Agentic outbound is an outbound model where AI agents execute parts of the workflow themselves, researching an account, drafting a personalized message, or classifying a reply, instead of following a fixed automation sequence. The operator sets the goals, guardrails, and quality bar, and the agents handle the repetitive judgment work in between. We build it as a system of narrow, specialized agents wired into your stack, not one monolithic bot.

An off-the-shelf AI SDR is one monolithic agent doing everything: research, copy, sending, replies. When output dips, you cannot see which part failed, and you rent the whole thing. We build the same capability as separate, observable agents on your own stack, each with one job and a quality bar. You can inspect every step, improve the weak one, and you own the system outright.

Not if the system is built with constraints. Every agent operates inside rules your team sets: which sources research can use, what claims copy can make, which replies get answered automatically and which go to a human. Volume stays inside deliverability-safe limits, and messages that miss the quality bar do not send. The failure mode you are worried about comes from unconstrained volume tools, which is exactly what we do not build.

A working first version typically lands in weeks. We usually start with one or two agents on the highest-leverage steps, research and drafting, wired into your existing sequencing and CRM. Handoffs, reply classification, and additional agents come after the first loop is proving itself. Timelines depend on how much of your data and sending infrastructure already exists.

You do. The agents run on accounts you control: your Clay workspace, your automation workflows, your sequencer, your CRM. Prompts, logic, and documentation are handed over as part of the build, so your team can run, adjust, or extend the agents without us. If we part ways, the system keeps working and you keep everything.

We build it.
You own it.
