These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of atomgtm.com (the “Site”), operated by atomGTM (“atomGTM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You agree not to:

- Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the operation or security of the Site.

- Services and engagements
The Site is provided for general information about atomGTM and our services. Nothing on the Site is an offer to enter into a contract for services, and the content does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or business advice.
Any engagement for atomGTM services is governed by a separate written agreement, such as a proposal or statement of work, signed by both parties. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed services agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement. Pricing and scope are confirmed directly with you and are not set by the Site.
- Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by atomGTM or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for your own internal business use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written consent. “atomGTM” and our logo are our trademarks and may not be used without permission.
- Your submissions
When you submit information through the Site, such as a contact form or booking, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. You grant us permission to use that information to respond to you and to provide the information or services you request, in line with our Privacy Policy.
- Third-party links and tools
The Site may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party websites and tools, including a meeting-scheduling provider. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their terms.
- Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is complete or current.
Any results described on the Site, including examples of outcomes from our work, are illustrative and are not a guarantee, promise, or projection of the results you will achieve. Outcomes depend on factors specific to your business.
- Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, atomGTM and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless atomGTM and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
- Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute relating to them or to the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, United States.
- Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
- Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed services agreement, are the entire agreement between you and atomGTM regarding the Site.
